If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, Sarah will notify you a day or two before the session.

Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session.

A word about copyright All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Sarah Gallagher and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Sarah's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist Sarah wishes to have control over the final look of her client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.

Sarah Gallagher Studios retains copyright of all digital images sold. You have permission to make unlimited copies and/or reprints of purchased digital images for personal use and distribution. You may not use any images for commercial, editorial or competition purposes, without the express written permission of Sarah Gallagher Studios. *
~ While the State of Massachusetts has eased or eliminated various COVID-19 based restrictions on businesses, the conduct and performance of the services being provided by Sarah Gallagher Studios are subject to those rules in place at the time the photography services are to be performed.  

~ Based upon the scope of the social distancing restrictions in place at the time of the photography services, certain aspects of the photographer/client interaction may be altered by necessity.  

~ Client and all members of Client’s party agree to abide by the social distancing measures in force at the time of their session or event. Client and members of Client’s party explicitly agree and understand that failure to adhere to such social distancing measures places them at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure or transmission.  

WAIVER
~ Client and members of Client’s party assume all risks associated with potential COVID-19 transmission or exposure in relation to the photography services being provided and accept sole responsibility for an illness, injury, damages, claims or expense arising therefrom regardless of the identity of the person alleged to be at fault for such transmission or exposure.  

~ As consideration for this waiver, Sarah Gallagher Studios agrees to waive any liability or claim against Client or members of Client’s party for COVID-19 transmission or exposure.  

~ Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Waivers contained in Sections 4 and 5 of this Notice and Waiver shall not be interpreted to prohibit actions or claims against persons who knowingly participate in the photography services while exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who knowingly participate while having an active COVID-19 infection.  
Sarah would love to include her favorite images from your session in her portfolio. By agreeing to this optional model release, you grant Sarah Gallagher Studios permission to use images from this session in Sarah's portfolio, website, marketing materials, magazine ads, and displays. Sarah will contact you if any image from this session is used for any purpose other than her website portfolio. *
